Closed Task: Move Build Components to Sandcastle [33232]

Changes made related to this work item in v1.9.6.0:<br>- Removed SHFB VersionInfoComponent and moved the processing into the production and presentation style XSL transformations.<br>- Moved the condition to hide the Prototype style's language selector if there's only one language from the SHFB CodeBlockComponent into the Prototype presentation style XSL transformation.<br>- Removed the logo insertion code from Post-Transform Component and put XSL templates into each of the presentation styles to handle optional logo image insertion. This renders the Post-Transform Component obsolete and it is no longer needed.<br><br>Changes made related to this work item in v1.9.7.0:<br>- Moved the IntelliSenseComponent and its configuration dialog to the Sandcastle BuildComponents project.<br>- Moved the MSHelpAttrComponent into the Sandcastle BuildComponents project.<br>- Moved the ShowMissingComponent into the Sandcastle BuildComponents project.<br>- Moved the ShowMissingComponent resource items to the reference_content.xml file in each presentation style.<br>
